A StockWise or Operon order is marked for fulfilment. Hykmah checks the weight and service rules, then calls StarTrack's API to create a consignment and return a label.

Label Printed & Manifest Lodged

Staff print the consignment label directly from Hykmah. At the agreed cut-off time, Hykmah automatically generates and lodges the daily manifest with StarTrack.

Tracking & POD Auto-Sync

Tracking events update in Hykmah every 15 minutes. On delivery, the POD record including signature is pulled back and stored against the order for reference and dispute resolution.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Solutions

StarTrack services not appearing in rate options

Account has standard MyPost Business access, not StarTrack. Or API credentials not entered correctly.

Fix: Confirm your Australia Post account has StarTrack enabled — standard MyPost Business accounts do not have StarTrack service codes. Re-enter API credentials at Settings → Integrations → StarTrack and check the account type displayed after connection.

Manifest lodgement failing

No consignments created since last manifest, manifest API scope missing from API key, or StarTrack account suspended.

Fix: Ensure at least one consignment has been created since the last manifest. Check that the manifest API scope is included in your API key permissions. Verify your StarTrack account is active.

POD not appearing in Hykmah

POD only available for StarTrack Premium (signature on delivery) consignments, or POD sync not enabled.

Fix: Confirm the shipment was sent via a StarTrack Premium (SOD) service. Ensure POD sync is enabled at Settings → Integrations → StarTrack → Advanced. POD typically appears within 30 minutes of delivery scan.

Label barcode rejected at depot

Consignment may have been cancelled in StarTrack's system, or label was printed before consignment was confirmed.

Fix: Regenerate the label from Hykmah using the Reprint Label option on the shipment record. If the issue persists, create a new consignment from Hykmah and reprint.
